A little more about me.

Who I am

I'm Scritshell! I'm a software and web developer, currently 20 years old and based in Almería, Spain. I mainly speak Spanish, Romanian and English.

SCRITSHELL is a nickname I came up with almost a decade ago, when I was still a kid. There's no particular meaning behind it. This website was born from the idea of having my own little corner of the internet where I can share my ideas, interests, projects and thoughts.

What I do

Here you'll find projects of many different kinds. I tend to explore whatever new thing catches my attention and try to give it some kind of digital life. I've worked with Windows 11 and several Linux distributions (Arch, Ubuntu and Kali), and experimented with technologies such as Java, Python, C# for Unity, Kotlin, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript. Most of the time, I simply enjoy experimenting and seeing where an idea takes me.

Beyond the code

I'm fascinated by rhythm games, and I spend quite a bit of my free time working on and experimenting with projects related to them. I also really love animals, especially cats.

The visual identity of this website comes from two things I really enjoy: rhythm and the cosmos. I've always had a strong interest in astronomy, so it felt natural to bring that into the design.

Where I'm heading

I'm still teaching myself and learning with every new thing I build. Recently, I've also started getting into cybersecurity and studying it in my free time.

I'm also learning FL Studio with the idea of eventually composing my own music, just as another hobby to explore.
